Job Description:
TVS Electronics is hiring Solar Technicians for its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work at the NLC solar project site in Bikaner, Rajasthan. We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with inverters, panels, and cables.
• Monitor plant performance and ensure optimal energy generation.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and daily logs.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Solar Technician.
• Experience in utility-scale solar projects preferred.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical background.
• Willingness to work at the project site in Bikaner.
