Job Description

Job Title: Branch Product Head-Solar
Base Location: Kochin, Kerala
Direct Reportee: All Area Head (Full time front liners) in the assigned territory
Exp.: 8-15 Years (minimum 4 years in Solar Product selling/ Channel Management/ Key Account management along with Technical know how of Solar Modules and Grid Tie Inverters pricing trends)

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Sales: Sales Revenue generation

focus on Modules and Grid Tie inverter selling for residential / C&I

Generation of Leads

Representation of Havells Solar Business

Webinars with EPC / System integrators

Conducting System Integrators / retailers meet

7) Getting modules and inverters empaneled at discom/ SNAs wherever applicable along with working with winners of Kusum yojna and other govt related tenders

Coordination with cross functional team

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA
