Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Sales and Marketing professional based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include meetings with prospects, promoting our GROUND SCREW products, closing Sales Orders and coordinating with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems
• Experience and contacts in PV sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Sales negotiations and sales strategy development
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or related field
• 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the renewable energy sector is MUST - NON NEGOTIABLE
