Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Solar Panel Supervisor. The role involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of solar panels, managing project activities, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The supervisor will also monitor project timelines, address potential challenges, and provide leadership to optimize team performance.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership experience to effectively manage and guide on-site teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Power Generation and Power Plants to oversee solar panel operations and installations.
• Strong Project Management skills to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to safety standards.
• In-depth understanding of renewable energy systems, particularly solar panel technologies, is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in the power sector preferred.
