Job Opportunity at Vivaan Solar: Operations & Maintenance Engineer Location: Amreli & Bhavnagar, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Key Responsibilities: Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure maximum plant uptime. Monitor and manage system performance for optimum energy output. Ensure safety standards are strictly followed. Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and operational records. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute maintenance schedules. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in solar plant operations (preferred). Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance & safety compliance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently on-site. Hands-on experience with solar inverter systems, monitoring tools, and grid integration is a plus. Salary: Commensurate with experience and performance in the technical interview.
