Solar On - Site Electrical Engineer

Position: Solar On-site Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

System Analysis: Evaluate and understand detailed solar system technical drawings and specifications.

Project Execution: Oversee and manage labor teams to execute solar installation projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.

Electrical Integration: Handle all aspects of electrical connections, from DC side integrations to AC termination, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform system tests, identify issues, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal system performance.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all electrical schematics, installation processes, and modifications made.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and company expectations.

Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and project management, to ensure the project’s success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 experience in solar electrical installations.

Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.

In-depth knowledge of solar systems and electrical integration.

Familiarity with local, state, and national electrical codes.

Working Conditions: This role involves working in various environments, including outdoors and potentially in adverse weather conditions, and requires physical activity, including lifting and carrying equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
