Solar- Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

• Supervise installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar PV systems (rooftop & ground-mounted).
• Execute electrical work as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of electrical milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project engineers for smooth execution.
• Perform quality checks, safety audits, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle testing of cables, inverters, junction boxes, and protection systems.
• Maintain material usage records and prepare daily site reports.
• Support troubleshooting during commissioning and O&M phases.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of electrical panels, cabling, and solar equipment installation at least 5MW. (Must)
• Understanding of SLDs, load management, and grid connectivity.
• Hands-on experience in testing instruments and field supervision.
• Ability to manage teams and work under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹37,000.00 per month
