Solar Controller supervisor

• Supervise daily production of solar controllers and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor assembly, wiring, PCB fitting, and testing processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in controllers and coordinate with the design/R&D team for rectification.
• Ensure calibration, load testing, and final inspection are carried out as per SOPs.
• Maintain records for production output, testing results, and rework.
• Manage team of operators, assign daily tasks, and ensure discipline and safety.
• Verify components availability and coordinate with the procurement department for timely material supply.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of testing jigs and equipment.
• Provide on-job training to team members and maintain high production efficiency.
• Support in solar pump controller installation trials or field feedback if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
