Position: Solar Consultant Function: Sales and Marketing Business Vertical: Residential Reports To: Regional Sales Head / City Manager Job Type: Individual Contributor Base Location: Bangalore Education: Minimum graduate degree Primary Responsibilities: Conduct sales visits to existing leads, identify prospects, and maintain client relationships. Identify new business opportunities through channels and partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing support and recommending solutions. Manage the sales process using specific software programs. Organize and participate in on-ground marketing events. Build and maintain a CRM database. Participate in sales team meetings. Technical Skills: Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in phone and presentation skills. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders. Academic science background is a plus.
