Role & responsibilities SKILLS: People Management & Coaching Skills Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Good Analytical & Reasoning Skills Expertise knowledge on multiple technologies (SQL, JAVA, C#.Net, Front End - Full Stack, Devops, Kubernates and Jenkins, etc) Good problem solving skills Knowledge on RDBMS concepts. Ability to write sql with complex join queries. Good in performing code reviews Should have strong programming knowledge. Understand the requirements, identify the gap and communicate effectively (SDLC & Software Engineering) Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 3 years experience as a software trainer/ faculty in training institution or corporates. Delivery of IT education to fresh graduates as per Aspire Systems structured curriculum & methodology Design & Develop courseware and learn new technology/tools quickly Mentor students through personal involvement and problem solving techniques Engage students for peer learning and resolving challenge while achieving their tasks Help students to complete the tasks/projects/curriculum on time Evaluate students performance on a regular interval and take appropriate corrective actions Work independently; Establish priorities, implement & execute plans
