Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Java & Python Trainer to join our team. If you have a passion for teaching and shaping future developers, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Offline / Online (classroom-based) training sessions in Java and Python (Beginner to Advanced levels)
• Deliver project-based learning with live coding sessions
• Develop course materials, assignments, and projects
• Mentor and guide students with regular assessments
• Stay updated with industry practices and revise curriculum as needed
• Support students in mock interviews, coding tests, and placement activities

Requirements

• Proficiency in Core & Advanced Java and Python (OOPs, Libraries, Scripting)
• Exposure to frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or Flask is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc CS or related degree
• A passion for mentoring and upskilling future professionals
