Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Tester with 4 to 12 years of experience in the health insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health insurance processes, including claims and enrollment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop test cases and scenarios for Facets and EDI-X12 transactions (837, 834 & 835).
Perform detailed testing on EDI transactions, including enrollment, claims eligibility, and provider data.
Validate Facets benefit plans, claims processing, and pre/post-adjudication rules.
Collaborate with Business analysts and developers to understand business requirements and user stories.
Utilize SQL for data validation and possess proficiency in defect management tools like JIRA/Rally/ADO.
Analyze and resolve complex problems using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the health insurance domain.
Strong knowledge of customer-facing applications and healthcare standards, including HIPPA and SNIP level validations.
Experience with X12 segment and looping structure validations against healthcare standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and experience with defect management tools like JIRA/Rally/ADO.
Healthcare certifications are an added advantage.
