Software Tester

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team. The Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our web, mobile, and software solutions by identifying bugs, reporting issues, and verifying fixes. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and the QA team to deliver reliable and high-quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide timely feedback.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated).
• Identify, record, and document bugs clearly.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Ensure software meets quality standards before release.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Track defects and verify bug fixes.
• Maintain proper documentation of testing processes and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Software Tester / QA Tester.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with bug tracking tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Ability to write clear, concise test cases and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
