Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Software Testing Fresher to join our QA team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of test cases, reporting bugs, and ensuring the quality of software applications. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in software testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and functional specifications
• Write and execute manual test cases based on requirements
• Report bugs and errors to the development team
• Assist in regression, functional, integration, and system testing
• Document test results and maintain logs
• Collaborate with developers and QA leads to improve software quality
• Learn and adapt to various testing tools and techniques
• Assist in basic automation testing under guidance (if applicable)

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)
• Knowledge of testing concepts such as functional, regression, and integration testing
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA (optional)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and excellent documentation ability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Course or certification in software testing (preferred but not mandatory)
