Job Description

Responsibilities: Performing software testing to identify and report bugs. Ensuring software quality by detecting grammar, design, and content issues. Logging identified bugs as tickets, assigning them to developers, and tracking their resolution. Investigating and testing client-reported issues, verifying fixes, and forwarding resolved tickets to the support team. Strong understanding of testing methodologies. Experience in writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports. Requirements: Male candidates are preferred. Female candidates from Calicut can also apply. 1+ years of experience in manual testing; knowledge of automation testing is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA B.E, or MCA in CS/IT). Effective in both giving and receiving feedback within the team to improve performance and quality.
