Role & responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Oversight

   : Evaluate software quality assurance practices to ensure the integrity and stability of software products.

2. Methodology Expertise

   : Implement and oversee software QA methodologies to optimize testing processes.

3. Test Documentation

   : Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

4. Black Box Testing Execution

   : Perform black box and other forms of testing to validate software functionality.

5. Feedback on Documentation

   : Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide timely feedback.

6. Test Case Development

   : Create detailed and well-structured test cases based on project requirements.

7. Testing Coordination

   : Estimate, prioritize, plan, and manage testing activities to ensure timely project execution.

8. Bug Tracking

   : Identify, document, and track bugs through rigorous testing processes, covering various testing stages.

9. Process Enhancement

   : Develop and refine testing processes for new and existing products to ensure quality.

10. Continuous Learning

    : Stay updated with the latest in test strategies, bug life cycles, and STLC processes.

1. Agile/Scrum Proficiency

   : Possess a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

2. Tool Proficiency

   : Skilled in using software testing tools such as Postman for API testing and Fireflink

3. Effective Communication

   : Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

4. SQL Knowledge

   : Experienced in using SQL for data manipulation and testing purposes.

5. JIRA Expertise

   : Familiar with JIRA for managing projects, tasks, and issues related to software bugs.
