Job description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Test Engineer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure the highest product quality. Maintain automation framework and test scripts, Execute automated test scripts to ensure that products and services meet standard end-user requirements. Designation : Software Test Engineer Experience : 2 to 4 Years Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat ( work from office ) Note : Only candidates based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will be considered. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications. Perform manual and automated testing across different platforms (web, mobile, desktop) to ensure optimal functionality and usability. Identify, log, track, and report defects in a detailed and timely manner, working closely with developers to resolve issues. Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports. Collaborate with the development team to ensure that defects are understood, prioritized, and fixed. Design, develop, and execute automated tests using tools such as Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks. Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability under varying conditions. Participate in sprint planning. Ensure adherence to software quality standards and processes. Engage in exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and edge cases. Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on testing results.
