Software Technical Project Manager

As a dynamic global technology company, Schaeffler offers you numerous development opportunities by partnering with major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for delivering the technical content of the Software Engineering discipline for a project. - Leads and coordinates the technical activities performed by the SW development teams (estimation, planning, task assignment.) and escalates issues which cannot be solved within the team. - Approves the technical solution of the SW Subsystem and drives the SW Release and deliveries. - Coordinate with other disciplines. **Qualifications:** - Project Management Competency (Stakeholder Management, Change Management, and Problem Resolution Management, Escalation Management, Review and Release Management, Customer Relationship Management). - At least 8 to 13 years of experience in automotive or comparable field with customer contact. - Successfully finished at least one project from Acquisition to Production launch as a team member. - SW Product Development Process know-how. - Worked as a team member in an international team. - Good Communication and Negotiation skills. - Autosar Knowhow. - Working experience on Debuggers Lauterbach, UDE, or similar tools. - Working experience on the tools CANOE, INCA, or similar tools. - Basic Knowhow on microcontroller and functional safety. - Experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS). - Hands-on Middleware SW experience. **Our Offering:** - Great culture. - Flexible work environment. - Exciting Compensation packages.
