Software Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Technical Lead proficient in NestJS and Next.js to oversee a team of developers in the creation of scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for making architectural decisions, providing technical mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch software solutions. You will lead the design and development of scalable web applications using NestJS for the backend and Next.js for the frontend. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and execute new features will be a key aspect of this role. You will be tasked with making architectural decisions to uphold best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. Additionally, mentoring and guiding developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, testable, and maintainable code, troubleshooting performance and scalability issues throughout full-stack components, and fostering continuous improvement and innovation in the development process are also crucial responsibilities. Staying abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices is essential for success in this role. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of full-stack development experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior developer capacity. Proficiency in NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript, as well as solid experience with Next.js, React.js, and modern front-end technologies, is required. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture, and various databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB is also necessary. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, containerization, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is expected, along with a strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and testing practices (unit, integration, e2e). Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills are essential for this role. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with serverless architecture or edge computing, familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and contributions to open-source projects or involvement in the tech community.,
