Software Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Support & Maintenance:

• Provide day-to-day support for insurance broking software, CRM tools, and internal applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to policy issuance, claims processing, and reporting systems.
• Monitor system health and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution of software glitches.

• Operations Support:

• Assist operations and sales teams in generating reports, managing data, and ensuring system accuracy.
• Coordinate between IT and business teams for software enhancement requests and process automation needs.

• User Training & Documentation:

• Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on new features or system upgrades.
• Document recurring issues, resolutions, and maintain user manuals for future reference.

• Data Management & Reporting:

• Ensure data integrity across systems by conducting periodic checks.
• Support in preparing MIS reports and dashboards from internal software for management review.

• Coordination & Compliance:

• Collaborate with software vendors and internal stakeholders for regular updates and compliance requirements.
• Assist in data security and backup processes as per company IT policy.
