Role & responsibilities

A dependable, technically sound professional who can Attend Customer Support Calls, Connect to their PC by Remote Desktop software, Solving basic issues or forward the call to seniors

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of Windows OS, SQL Server, and basic networking

Familiarity with ERP systems, desktop applications, and cloud-hosted platforms.

Able to diagnose root causes and suggest long-term fixes

Communication Skills

Patient and empathetic with non-technical users

Capable of writing clear, structured support guides and FAQs

Work Style & Traits

Calm under pressure, especially during outages or client escalations

Proactive in identifying recurring issues and suggesting automation

Willing to learn new tools and adapt to evolving systems

Location & Availability

Available for rotational shifts or weekend support if required

Familiarity with local infrastructure challenges (e.g., GSM gateways, VoIP setups)
