We are currently seeking energetic Software Support Engineers with a strong background in addressing technical issues related to software implementation, function, and upgrades. The role involves resolving customer complaints or problems, creating product problem reports, and developing troubleshooting documents for each issue. The ideal candidate should have 2-7 years of experience in software implementation, function, and upgrades, with skills in SQL, implementation, and customer support. The candidate should have a notice period of immediate/10-15 days and must be an IT graduate with at least 2+ years of experience in SQL.
