Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for software applications used in sales, project management, and CRM.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software glitches or system errors.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors or software service providers for issue resolution.
  • Maintain records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Support the implementation and updates of real estate management software.
  • Assist staff in using digital tools effectively and conduct basic user training sessions.
  • Ensure timely data backup, access control, and system health monitoring.
  • Work with the IT and operations teams to ensure smooth digital workflows across departments.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, databases, and basic networking.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and cloud-based software tools.
  • Basic understanding of CRM or ERP systems (Real Estate CRMs preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
