Software Support Associates

As a Software Support Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our software products. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner, troubleshooting and resolving software issues, documenting support requests accurately in the ticketing system, and escalating complex issues to senior support or development teams when necessary. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about product changes, assist in creating and updating support materials such as FAQs and user guides, and provide exceptional customer service with patience and empathy. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience will be considered. Previous experience of 1+ year in software support, customer service, or a related role is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, basic knowledge of operating systems like Windows and macOS, familiarity with software applications, and experience with support ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
