Software Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance Manager with 12-15 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Pune, and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA management, test management, functional testing, and programming languages like Java, C++, and Python.

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure high-quality software products.
• Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality assurance requirements.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Analyze and report defects found during testing, working with development teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for quality assurance.

• Proven experience as a QA manager or in a relevant role with around 12-15 years of total experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with test management, functional testing, and programming languages like Java, C++, and Python.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Relevant graduate or undergraduate degree from a leading university.
