About the Role

Software QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation test plans (functional, integration, performance, and end-to-end)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and architects to validate feature functionality and quality
• Contribute to automation strategy, code quality, and continuous test improvement
• Participate in test case/code reviews and provide mentorship on test best practices

Must-Have Skills

• 4–7 years

  of experience in QA automation using

  Python and

  Selenium
• Strong hands-on understanding of

  networking protocols

  (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, etc.)
• Experience with

  Playwright

  or

  Robot Frameworks

  for test automation

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing

  routing platforms

  ,

  network switches

  , or

  network operating systems

• Familiarity with

  REST APIs

  ,

  pyATS

  , and telemetry tools
• Exposure to

  microservices architectures

  ,

  Docker/Kubernetes

  , and

  CI/CD pipelines

• Networking certifications (e.g.,

  CCNA, CCNP

  ) or experience with

  SNMP, YANG, gRPC/gNMI
