• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage software development teams across projects.
• Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for timely execution.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in managing software teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Technical background in software engineering preferred

• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Information Technology (IT).
• 5+ years of experience in software project or program management, with at least 2 years leading software development teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
