Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, handling GOSS (Graphic Offset System Solutions) equipment, and performing regular maintenance to ensure system reliability. This role demands hands-on experience in field service, troubleshooting, and a strong understanding of electrical or computer engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• GOSS Operation: Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot GOS equipment, ensuring high-performance levels.
• Installation & Setup: Perform equipment installation and setup at client sites, following technical and safety standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, reducing operational interruptions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service logs and prepare reports on installation, maintenance, and operational performance.
• Compliance & Safety: Always ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on maintenance schedules, repairs, and operational status.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge in electrical systems or computer science fundamentals.
• Familiarity with GOSS systems or similar printing equipment is an advantage.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in field service, installation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
