Job Description

Software Product Manager

iRely | Bengaluru | Hybrid (3 to 4 days onsite)

Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and release strategy.
Own backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to align business needs.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.
Lead agile ceremonies and drive data-based decision-making.
Mentor teams and support continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Skills

5+ years
in Software Product Management.
Proven success delivering high-value software products.
3+ years
leading cross-functional teams.
Hands-on exposure to
Manufacturing/Plant Operations
, especially:

Inventory, Product Costing, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance
Formula/Version Management, Quality Assurance, Warehouse Movement

Manufacturing or Petroleum domain experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

Education: BE/B. Tech
