**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Software Product Manager III in the Bank Transformation team, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and enhancement of customer-centric product onboarding journeys. Your primary responsibility will be to create seamless and intuitive experiences that enable customers to easily onboard to the bank's products and services, whether through digital channels or with the assistance of the distribution team. Collaboration with various teams including business product teams, distribution, compliance, marketing, and operations is essential to ensure a cohesive and compliant customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and advocate for the product vision and strategy for customer onboarding journeys across the distribution network, aligning with bank transformation goals and business objectives. - Conduct user and market research to comprehend customer needs, pain points, and preferences regarding product onboarding, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement. - Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for digital and in-branch onboarding processes, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and engineering teams. - Manage the product backlog and roadmap for customer onboarding initiatives, prioritizing features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility. - Collaborate with business product managers to ensure compliance with industry regulations, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and others. - Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer onboarding, such as time to value, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate success and pinpoint areas for improvement. - Serve as a subject matter expert on customer profiles and onboarding, advocating for customer requirements. - Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and distribution teams, to establish consensus and propel product initiatives forward. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in product management or related fields. - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Experience with agile development methodologies and tools. - Genuine desire to understand and address customer needs.,
