POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a
Software Onboarding Specialist
who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping others succeed. This role is also ideal for
freshers or entry-level professionals
eager to kickstart their career in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learn to use the FoodChow software thoroughly within the first 7-10 days.
Guide new restaurant clients through the onboarding process efficiently.
Provide product demonstrations, hands-on training, and post-onboarding support.
Troubleshoot onboarding issues and ensure a smooth client experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to improve onboarding processes.
Work towards setting up automated, scalable systems for onboarding.
