You will be responsible for handling data entry, system configuration, and readiness activities to facilitate a successful go-live process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform accurate and timely data entry into the onboarding platform based on project requirements. - Configure and validate SaaS platform settings to ensure client environments are prepared for go-live. - Collaborate with onboarding managers, project coordinators, and solution specialists to guarantee a smooth client rollout. - Conduct quality checks on data and configurations to uphold high accuracy standards. - Track and update onboarding tasks using project management and CRM tools. - Troubleshoot basic onboarding-related issues and escalate to technical teams when necessary. - Maintain detailed documentation of onboarding activities and status reports. **Requirements:** - 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data entry, or platform configuration. - Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in managing records and client data. - Familiarity with SaaS platforms and onboarding workflows. - Hands-on experience with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Salesforce, or equivalents). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global delivery environment with multiple stakeholders. - Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and client-facing teams. - Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple onboarding assignments concurrently. **Preferred Skills:** - Previous involvement in client SaaS implementations or platform migration projects. - Understanding of data structuring, formatting, and validation for software readiness. - Exposure to global delivery models and experience working with international clients.
