Role Overview

Global Delivery and Onboarding

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely

  data entry

  into the onboarding platform as per project requirements.
• Configure and validate SaaS platform settings to ensure clients environments are

  ready for go-live

  .
• Collaborate with onboarding managers, project coordinators, and solution specialists to ensure smooth client rollout.
• Perform quality checks on data and configurations to maintain high accuracy standards.
• Track and update onboarding tasks in project management and CRM tools.
• Troubleshoot basic onboarding-related issues and escalate to technical teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation of onboarding activities and status reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience

  in SaaS onboarding, data entry, or platform configuration.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in managing records and client data.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and onboarding workflows.
• Hands-on experience with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Salesforce, or equivalents).
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, global delivery environment

  with multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with both internal teams and client-facing teams.
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple onboarding assignments simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in client

  SaaS implementations or platform migration projects

• Understanding of data structuring, formatting, and validation for software readiness.
• Exposure to

  and working with international clients.
