Software Manager

You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, empowering them with full authority and responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining products aligned with UR business strategy and goals. Your duties will include recruiting, mentoring, and developing software engineers and technical leads, overseeing the software development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, and driving innovation. Additionally, you will align R&D goals, prioritize and plan projects, manage budgets and resources, track KPIs and metrics, and develop the Software Strategy together with the Software Management Team.
