Software Lead Test Architect

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Architect to lead the development of our Smart products. Your role will involve strategizing and establishing automated test frameworks for various product categories, such as inverters, fans, water heaters, pumps, stabilizers, modular switches, and software apps (Cloud, Web & Mobile). Your responsibilities will include defining and executing software test strategy and architecture, driving automation first approach, and developing modular, reusable test frameworks. You will be actively involved in requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, and execution while leading teams towards test excellence. Collaboration with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams is essential to ensure high product quality throughout the product life cycle. You will establish and drive quality metrics, partner with DevOps team for continuous testing practises, and support Agile Scrum / SAFe, DevOps practises. Gathering post-launch feedback and customer insights to incorporate learnings in the test cycle will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, along with 15+ years of experience in Test Management, Test Strategy & Automation, Quality Metrics, and Test execution. Experience in automated and continuous testing, knowledge of HIL, SIL, BDD, CT, Agile Scrum, DevSecOps practises, and expertise in creating test strategy for nonfunctional and cyber security testing are required. Exposure to wireless protocols, cloud services, and related test methods, as well as hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Test Complete, and programming skills in Python, LabView, etc., are preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach are crucial for effective collaboration across teams and influencing stakeholders.,
