Lead Software Integration Testing Engineer

Location: Noida

Objective of the position:

Responsible for testing the integration of different software modules to ensure they work together seamlessly according to Software Architectural Design.

Job Duties:

Define and maintain the software integration test strategy.

Define the software integration test specifications in accordance with the Automotive Norms like, IATF16949, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ISO 16505

Definition of the test environment in accordance with the test specification.

Carrying out software integration tests in accordance with the test specification and, if necessary, initiating corrective measures

Carrying out regression tests

Creating and evaluating test reports

Ensuring consistency and bilateral traceability between the Software Architectural Design and the Software integration test specifications

Contribute to the definition and evaluation of software integration test tools and equipment (SIL, HIL).

Continuous contribution in the optimization of the software integration test specification based on systematic Test Campaign results analyses.

Education:

Educational Background: Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

ISTQB Certificate, nice to have

Knowledge:

Knowledge of SW Integration test methods and tools for embedded software projects

Basic knowledge of Scripting languages like Python, Perl, CAPL

Knowledge of Automotive Norms like, IATF16949, ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ISO 16505

Knowledge of requirement and architecture engineering.

Good written and spoken English skills

Experience:

5-8 years of experience in software Integration testing or equivalent.

Handling of tools, like: DOORS, Enterprise Architect, Git, Jenkins, GoogleTest, CANoe, Polarion, JIRA, Confluence.
