Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Responsible for informing the supplier regarding quality defects through DMR, effectiveness monitoring of corrective and preventive action. Responsible for maintenance, review and control of AOI for supplier parts Responsible for inspecting and clearing the supplier parts Responsible for calibration of checkers, instruments, gauges etc. To review the CM/CAPA for Incoming / assembly on weekly & monthly basis & improving the quality level to achieve the targets Responsible for line return PPM target Responsible supply of Quality parts to Customers & Maintain Zero PPM Responsible for warranty analysis & submission of counter measures & Monitoring Responsible for initiation of segregation of incoming parts due to quality issues, Layout inspections & Interim & Permanent actions for suppliers Responsible for maintenance, review & revision of control plan, PFMEA Responsible for conducting EJO for supplier / Inhouse (Product /Process) Change Management Responsible for analyzing customer returns and taking necessary actions as per work instructions Responsible for conducting MSA studies for lab equipment's as per plan Responsible for conducting layout inspection for the product as per plan coordinating with NPD team for documentation work and validation during new Program. Responsible for QA documents and records as per the IATF, Regulation and customer requirements
