Software Engineering Mentor

As a Coding Bootcamp Instructor at MountBlue, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing a 12-13 week intensive coding bootcamp in one of the learning paths such as Full-Stack web development, Android, Frontend development, or Backend development. Your role involves designing a curriculum by leveraging the best online resources, helping trainees get un-stuck, debug, and clarify concepts. You will conduct code reviews, provide generous feedback to trainees, and act as a coach and cheerleader, continuously pushing, nudging, and encouraging trainees to produce their best work. You will be fully responsible and accountable for the success of every trainee. MountBlue is a unique coding bootcamp located in Bangalore, with a vision to be an alternative to traditional college education. The bootcamps are conducted every 3 months for entry-level developers on popular web and mobile technologies, aiming to secure rewarding software development careers in startups. MountBlue collaborates with over 150 startups, with developers placed in well-known startups in India, ranging from bootstrapped software shops to unicorns.
