As a Coding Bootcamp Instructor at MountBlue, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing a 12-13 week intensive coding bootcamp in one of the learning paths such as Full-Stack web development, Android, Frontend development, or Backend development. Your role involves designing a curriculum by leveraging the best online resources, helping trainees get un-stuck, debug, and clarify concepts. You will conduct code reviews, provide generous feedback to trainees, and act as a coach and cheerleader, continuously pushing, nudging, and encouraging trainees to produce their best work. You will be fully responsible and accountable for the success of every trainee. Educational Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, or a related field. Required Skills: Minimum 15 years experience in Automotive BIW fixture projects.
