Software Engineering Manager

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers to develop scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise software. Your role will involve: - Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers across backend, frontend, and integration areas. - Driving architectural design, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring scalability and reliability in software development. - Collaborating with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases within the specified timelines. - Establishing best practices in agile development, testing automation, and CI/CD pipelines. - Developing reusable frameworks for low-code app development and AI-driven workflows. - Hiring, coaching, and developing engineers to enhance technical capabilities and foster a strong team culture. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science from a Tier-1 Engineering College. - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with at least 1 year of experience in mentoring or managing engineers. - Strong expertise in backend development using languages such as Java, Node.js, Go, or Python, along with familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. - Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in building or scaling SaaS or platform-based products. - Exposure to GenAI/LLM, data pipelines, or workflow automation tools. - Previous experience in a startup or high-growth product environment.
