Dear Candidate,

Software Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of software engineers
Drive execution of projects from design to delivery
Ensure engineering best practices (testing, reviews, CI/CD)
Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in full-stack or backend development (Java, Go, Python, etc.)
Knowledge of agile methodologies and software lifecycle management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bonus: Experience scaling systems and managing distributed teams
