The HR Technology and Integration (T&I) organization is a key enabler of digital transformation within the HR function. Our team is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing HR technology solutions to support business needs. We play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration between HR systems, building custom applications support business needs, driving efficiency, and implementing best practices in application development and data management. We are seeking a skilled .NET and SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in .NET Framework (C# and VB.net) and have deep expertise in SQL development. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing legacy applications while migrating and modernizing them to .NET Core and cloud-based solutions. As a key team member, you will collaborate with other developers, engineers, and stakeholders to build and optimize applications. You will work with both on-premises and cloud infrastructures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance existing legacy systems built in .NET Framework (C# and VB.net). Design, develop, and migrate applications to modern frameworks, including .NET Core and cloud-based solutions. Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures to support applications. Ensure database performance, integrity, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Implement best practices in software development, version control (Git), and code documentation. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database issues efficiently. Develop and maintain APIs for integration with other systems. Work with on-premise and cloud environments to deploy and manage applications. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET Framework (C# and VB.net). Strong proficiency in SQL, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedure development. Experience in migrating legacy .net applications to newer technologies such as .NET Core. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus. Familiarity with HR applications and HR data processing is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and collaboration skills. Competencies: Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL, and application migration strategies.
