Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
Utilize MongoDB and PostgreSQL for efficient data management and storage.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Experience Requirement:

5 - 8 years of experience in software development, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture.
Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and MongoDB.
Proven experience designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and secure software solutions.
Experience leading or mentoring development teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices.
Hands-on knowledge of RESTful API design, integration patterns, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
Experience troubleshooting production issues and optimizing applications for performance and reliability.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, ReactJS) and full-stack development environments is a plus.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
