Roles & Responsibilities:

Take ownership and accountability of application development tasks.

Experience Requirement:

6 - 8 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, and Java-based applications.
Hands-on expertise in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
Experience leading and mentoring teams in Agile environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
Strong problem-solving, technical, and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
