Software Engineer - Zoho CRM / ERP

Role Overview: Flexsin Technologies, a leading software development company, is seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to contribute to the development, customization, and support of various Zoho applications. As a Zoho Developer, you will be responsible for integrating, automating, and optimizing processes for both internal operations and client projects. Key Responsibilities: - Customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho products based on business requirements. - Implement custom workflows, automation, triggers, and actions within Zoho applications. - Design and execute Zoho integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and tools. - Develop custom Zoho Creator applications and Zoho CRM modules. - Write custom functions using Zoho Deluge scripting language. - Automate business workflows using Zoho Flow and other automation tools. - Analyze and optimize business processes using Zoho platforms. - Integrate Zoho with third-party applications and services using APIs and webhooks. - Provide support for Zoho platform issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and perform regular updates and enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Offer technical assistance and training to internal teams or clients as needed. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, with a strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and related products. - Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting, API integrations, and workflow automation. - Familiarity with Zoho Analytics for creating detailed reports and dashboards. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. - Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and web development frameworks. - Knowledge of Zoho Flow for automation. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Additional Details: Certification in Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator is a plus. Experience with other Zoho suite products (Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.,
