Essential Responsibilities
- Implements tasks within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), receiving structure and oversight from more experienced staff
- Follows well-established internal conventions and standard procedures
- Understands internal standards processes an applies them to make technical decisions
- Collaborates with peers, manager, and project lead to gain understanding of tasks and review solutions
- May contribute to code design reviews
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualification
We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to build and scale enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).

AI Proficiency Practical experience with AI Builder and Copilot for intelligent automation.

Strong Development Skills Expertise in scripting, programming, and debugging complex solutions.

Architecture Design Ability to design robust systems, automate business workflows, and structure scalable solutions.

Advanced Integration Deep knowledge of integrating APIs, custom connectors, and both cloud and on-premises data sources .

Analytical Strength Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking to drive high-performance implementations.

Good to have Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
