As a Customer Relationship Executive, your role will involve responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty. Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly are crucial aspects of your job. In case of critical issues, you will escalate them to the appropriate teams. Additionally, maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information will be part of your daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various channels - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly - Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams - Maintain customer records and update databases Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in any stream - 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven environment The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement.
