Job Description

What youll do:

Assist in maintaining Temenos environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
Support configuration, patching, and environment refresh activities.
Monitor system health and escalate performance issues.
Participate in COB (Close of Business) optimization efforts; monitor COB execution and follow up with the Temenos team in case of failures.
Coordinate with the Temenos team to investigate and resolve PACS-related issues; assign appropriate priority levels and ensure timely follow-ups.
Triaging incoming support tickets, categorizing issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
Use ticketing tools such as JIRA to manage incidents, changes, and service requests.
Manage user access and basic security configurations.
Document procedures and support change and incident management processes.

What you need:

Degree in B.Tech/ BE/ BCA/ MCA with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Exposure to Temenos T24, TAFJ, or T24 Browser.
Knowledge of SQL and other databases.
Experience using ticketing system like JIRA.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a core banking environment.
