What youll do: Assist in maintaining Temenos environments (Dev, Test, Prod). Support configuration, patching, and environment refresh activities. Monitor system health and escalate performance issues. Participate in COB (Close of Business) optimization efforts; monitor COB execution and follow up with the Temenos team in case of failures. Coordinate with the Temenos team to investigate and resolve PACS-related issues; assign appropriate priority levels and ensure timely follow-ups.
