Software Engineer Supply Chain Collaboration Platform

As a Software Engineer joining the in-flight eDDL Replacement project, your role will involve contributing in various areas such as Product Design, software quality, system integrations, data analysis, and second level support. The project focuses on a data-centric architecture utilizing cloud services with data integration from sources like Fords CMMS3 and SAP S4. Your responsibilities will include: - Learning and expanding e2open supply chain platform and software configuration skills - Collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver solutions for part master data, plant inventory, supplier promise, part transit, and more - Translating business needs into functional requirements, technical system requirements, and solution designs - Managing work activity in Jira and maintaining integration architecture between Ford ERP and E2open Software - Triaging issues/defects and preparing various test documents - Supporting quality and validation phases including SIT and UAT To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Supplier Chain or related field with a minimum of 2 years experience as a software engineer - Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or purchasing domains - Proficiency in Java, HTML, web UX UI configuration, API design, and basic Linux navigation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have experience in configuring a Supplier Collaboration platform like e2open, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, integration experience with SAP S4, cloud-based services development, and software deployment activities.,
